Accommodation & Travel
About Bangalow:
Bangalow is an historical village around 10 minutes drive west of Byron Bay with a population of approximately 1,000 people. The main street features historic buildings, cafe’s and restaurants as well as a friendly pub with plenty of interesting antique, craft and specialty shops.
How to get here:
Take the Bangalow/Lismore exit from the Pacific Highway, about 6km south of the Byron Bay exit or 25km north of Ballina. From Byron Bay, take Bangalow Road out of town in a southerly direction. Take a right turn between the golf course and the rugby ground, follow the road up the hill and enter the village of Bangalow from the east after about 14km.
